Coaxdata

Coaxdata is a system that converts a coaxial network television in a high-speed local network without installing additional wiring.

Coaxial cable bandwith allows multiplexing many services other than television. By Coaxdata, sharing of resources (computers, printers, internet connection, etc..) does not need a specific wiring.

Technologies supported:

  • MxU: Data networks are created in building coaxial networks. Communication occurs between the headen and each of the outlets of the buildings. Allows Internet or VoIP services for building customers.
  • Home Networking: Data networks are created in a home coaxial network. Communication occurs between all coaxial outlets and the goal is to create data network between modem to share computers, printers, NAS, Set-top boxes, etc. Additional possibility of hybrid PLC increases coverage to reach all parts of your home.

   

System Management

Coadata provides complete system management for installed devices

  • CoaxManager: Software for configure Coaxdata 200Mbps and 1Gbps products. Provides Quality of Service (QoS) and network monitoring with report generation.
  • AccessControl: provides snmp agent and a web interface for easy system config. Versions for WindowsXP/7/8, Fedora Linux, Debian. Also provides firmware for install AccessControl on CdC T0X Ref.5559.
