Televes reinforces brand name in USA by taking part in two benchmark fairs in Dallas and Orlando

Santiago de Compostela, 22th May 2012. Televes successfully took part in two of the most relevant fairs in the sector in the United States of America: the Broadband Communities Summit in Dallas (Texas), and the Team Summit in Orlando (Florida). The former was held from 24 to 26 April and the latter from 9 to 11 May. Both are benchmark events in the technology market and for solutions to take broadband telecommunications services to the home. The company’s successful participation implies a step forward in the consolidation of the Televes brand name in the USA.

Among the products presented by Televes at the two fairs, we could highlight the interest caused by the T.0X distribution headers, thanks to their versatility and capacity for integrating fibre optic services. These headers also stand out because of their high level of energy efficiency and the functional flexibility on FPGAs inherent in the design. They are made on robotised production and certification lines on the company’s own premises, which is a guarantee of their long-term quality.

Televes also presented its new H60 portable field meter, which incorporates a more powerful version of its already patented Digital Processor, at the same time improving the visualisation of services as it provides a larger screen with greater resolution and contrast. All this makes work for telecommunications fitters more exact and easier.

Coax Data, the hybrid adapter that enables the connection of different broadband devices using the electrical and coaxial networks was another piece of equipment that stood out at Televes’ exhibitions in Dallas and Orlando.

The company’s participation in the Broadband Communities Summit and Team Summit was borne by Televes USA LLC, one of the subsidiaries making up the multinational structure of Televes Corporation.
