Unprecedented output level to reach places others cannot

Multi-input multiband amplifier, perfect for individual or MDU (Multi Dwelling Unit) terrestrial installations, that allows individual programming of channels available on 4 LowVHF+HighVHF+UHF inputs (OTA TV), in a total of 32 digital filters. The multiband amplifier has 6 inputs: FM-4x[LowVHF+HighVHF+UHF]-CATV, and can achieve programmable amplification and balancing of the different RF inputs. This device allows channelling selection (off-air or CATV) of the output signal, providing the benefict of being able to mix OTA signals with those coming from a CATV headend. In addition, it includes automatic filtering of LTE-telephony signals, making the device discriminate by itself the programming of the filters up to channel 36 (LTE600) or 51 (LTE700).

Thanks to the built-in Bluetooth® antenna, it is possible to carry out advanced programming of the multiband amplifier wirelessly from a smartphone or tablet (Android/iOS), with the ASuite application. With this application, the professional user can perform a wide range of functions:

  • Channel filter programming
  • Channel level autoadjust for balancing all filters
  • Manual fine-adjust after the autoadjust for each channel separately
  • Activation of the antenna powering
  • Import/export configurations

In addition, it also includes an autoprogramming function, executable from ASuite, with which the device uses its intelligence and programs itself, searching and selecting the most outstanding channels and, afterwards, balancing the signal level between them.

Channel filter programming

The desired channels are selected from each of the available inputs, assigning a filter to each of them up to a maximum of 32. In addition, the selected channels can be processed, shifting them in frequency.

Autoprogramming

This function processes the channels at the inputs, selecting the most prominent ones and assigning a filter to each of them. Afterwards, it performs an autoadjust to balance the signal level of the filtered channels. All of this in less than 1 minute.

Channel level autoadjust

The signal level of each channel is automatically processed by the device, bringing out the maximum possible level and balancing all filtered channels, so that there are no signal fluctuations between them.

Channel level manual fine adjustment

ASuite allows a further adjustment of ± 3dB to the previously autoadjust. It is carried out manually and independently for each filter, for those channels that require a finer adjustment.

Antenna power supply switching

It manages the flow of current through each of the inputs to power antennas or preamps, when the processed signal requires it.

Import/Export configurations

ASuite offers saving of configurations, as well as the loading of previously stored ones, saving time to the professional in the installation.

Master Antenna System for OTA Signal Reception

This MDU is equipped with multiple terrestrial antennas to receive signals from different directions and distances. It also features an omnidirectional FM radio antenna. The Avant 12 amplifier is installed immediately after the receiving antennas and programmed to receive, filter, adjust, and combine the signals from all antennas into a single cable for distribution.
The output from the Avant 12 feeds into the MDU's main trunk line through a single coaxial cable. From there, the processed and amplified TV signal is distributed to all units.
