Compatibility of our racks with fans, wheels, plinths and cable management panels

The correct selection of accessories in a rack is key to ensuring the performance, accessibility and organisation of the entire infrastructure. Elements such as fans, wheels, plinths and cable management panels help optimise cooling, mobility and cable routing.

• Our racks are equipped with natural ventilation, but for applications requiring greater thermal control, it is possible to incorporate active ventilation systems with fans, significantly improving thermal management.
• Floor-standing racks include feet, but it is also possible to add wheels. In this way, a rack can be installed either on feet only, on wheels, or with a combination of both. This configuration provides great flexibility, allowing the rack to be moved easily during installation or maintenance, to correct floor unevenness and to distribute the load across more support points.
• Another option available for certain racks is installation on plinths. Plinths elevate the cabinet from the floor, making maintenance easier and improving the stability of the assembly. This additional space also allows cable routing and concealment at the bottom section, guiding it neatly towards the rear, contributing to a cleaner and more organised installation.
• Another option for cable management is the use of cable management panels. These enable efficient cable routing inside the rack, facilitating both installation and maintenance operations. Their use improves equipment accessibility and contributes to a more orderly and professional setup. They are available in horizontal and vertical configurations, adapting to the needs of each installation.
