Single-mode (SM) pigtail, used for interconnecting optical equipment, have its end pre-terminated with SC/APC connectors.

The 900μm cover is of LSFH type and is recommended for indoor use. Additionally, its pre-terminated end has a short boot, facilitating installation in wall sockets, avoiding increases in attenuation due to undesirable bends, allowing the sliding of the patch cord through conduits, reducing the space required for connection, and being less demanding regarding bend radius.
